• Service Provision: To fulfil property search requests, lease contract reviews, and otherhousing services
• Contract Execution: To conclude and execute rental agreements. To conclude and execute agreements between the Client and EHF for services performed.
• Client Communication: To send updates about property searches, viewings, and negotiations.

• Dliver products (photos, other material) or services

• Legal Obligations: To comply with administrative and legal obligations, including Dutch tax laws and anti-money laundering regulations.

• EHF processes personal data for the performance of our services in the field of real estate rental mediation. In addition, EHF processes personal data in the context of our business operations, including administration, security, compliance with legal obligations, archiving and handling requests, complaints and disputes. Further more,EHF processes personal data for marketing and communication purposes, including managing the Website and sending e-mail newsletters, and for statistical and analysis purposes, with a view to management information for ourselves and our Clients and witha view to the development of information products for third parties. In these informationproducts, information is only processed at an aggregated level so that it cannot beprocessed into natural persons.
• The legal bases for processing are entering into and executing agreements that EHF concludes with the Client, complying with legal obligations and the promotion of EHF’s legitimate interests and those of its customers and third parties, such as property owners and Owners' Associations. EHF asks your consent for sending our e-mail newsletter and placing cookies and web beacons. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
