- Contract Execution: To conclude and execute rental agreements. To conclude and execute agreements between the Client and EHF for services performed.

Further more,EHF processes personal data for marketing and communication purposes, including managing the Website and sending e-mail newsletters, and for statistical and analysis purposes, with a view to management information for ourselves and our Clients and witha view to the development of information products for third parties. - The legal bases for processing are entering into and executing agreements that EHF concludes with the Client, complying with legal obligations and the promotion of EHF’s legitimate interests and those of its customers and third parties, such as property owners and Owners' Associations.
